Indira and her sister Isis were the first does registered in our herd name.  Indira was standout from birth and in the early years was a favorite for type -being lean necked, long bodied, open, and angular.  While it's true that she herself never really matured into the  dairy goat that i would have liked, she's done plenty of good deeds for the herd via progeny and shows up in the breeding of  the majority of our best youngsters.  Indira's daughters are SG Redstone Limerick Bhadrakali (dam to Redstone Starship Yamuna), and Redstone Nigel Annapurna.  Her son Hanuman is the paternal grandsire of Redstone DHRV Rayna James.
